I’ve recently decided to learn how to play the guitar. I borrowed a guitar/amp from a friend of mine, and I’ve found a few BASIC lessons online. So far I know how to tune a guitar, hold a pick, hold my left hand, and play a note.
However, I don’t know where to go from here. The website I was using charges for any more information. While I have no problem with paying, I don’t have a credit card, which is all it takes. I would get private lessons, but the only place around here charges $ 150 a month, and I’m not going to pay for only 30 minutes a week. Does anyone know of a website that I can go to go get lessons to get me going from where I am? Also, I have a laptop, so I have no problem with sitting at the computer for all of my lessons.

You could do a search in youtube’s search bar, I have seen videos like you are asking for there.
