I want to learn guitar and electric guitar by next year. Is there a website that shows videos slowly and carefully???

I’m not 100% sure of this, but I think on YouTube you can find some guitar lesson videos that are semi-helpful. I don’t know if there are electric guitar ones but I have seen acoustic…good luck!
