i want a cheap good guitar……i want one thats good with three single coil pickups, costs $ 100 – $ 150 dollars, one with a whammy bar……whats a good amp with distortion?

When you are talking guitars, the words “good” and “cheap” cannot be used together. You get what you pay for, and if you are cheap, the guitar and its sound is going to be cheap – just a warning.
That said, you can get a value pack that includes a guitar, amp, chord, and a few other goodies for nearly any budget. If you go here: http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/navigation/electric-guitar-value-packages?N=100001+306243 , and sort by price, you can get an idea of what you are looking at.
For something like you are looking for, look at the Fender value packs, or a Squire. Nearly any guitar that is listed as a Strat or a Stratocaster will have what you are looking for as well.
Note – you will most likely have to buy a whammy bar separately.
Also, never, ever, EVER buy a First Act guitar. They are the lowest quality guitars you could ever buy – terrible wood, terrible electronics, terrible everything. Steer clean.
