Lessons? No where.
You can find online bass discussion groups and pro sites where you can get tips and pointers for free.
But lessons require a live teacher. Let’s say you’re learning to play and you have your right wrist bent out and you’re hooking the strings. No online teacher can see that and correct it–and if you don’t get it corrected, you’re risking tendinits and carpal tunnel.
I had a good friend–a self-taught guitarist–who had surgery on both wrists last summer. I’ve managed to avoid that myself–splurging for a few lessons from a good teacher is worth the dollars.
