i’m thinking about playing the acoustic guitar because it looks really fun. are the lessons hard? are they fun? just need some information.

Well, there are a few factors that would determine how difficult any lesson would be, or how enjoyable they’d be. Guitar teachers (and their teaching styles and methods) are as diverse as the rest of the population. Your own enthusiasm is crucial – it’s one thing to think “Gee, that looks like fun”, but after the first C chord you might think “I can’t play that!” and give up. When I started I couldn’t play at all – in fact, after my first lesson, I still couldn’t play a simple song without sounding like I’d never even seen a guitar before.
